Water Injection Systems

We are proud to offer an auxiliary water injection system to the pulling industry. This system was designed to work in conjunction with existing water injection setups to provide added flexibility and engine protection.  By adding 2 additional water injection nozzles which are controlled by solenoid valves, to existing systems, we are able to control exhaust temperatures better, regardless of track conditions.  

This system uses an independent temperature sensor to control the solenoid valves. The integrated controller measures the temperature from the sensor and when the solenoid set-point is reached, it energizes the solenoid to provide water to the nozzle. Then, if the temperature drops below the setpoint, the solenoid will de-energize, which in turn shuts off the water to the nozzle. Each valve has its own temperature set-point, which is easily adjustable. The solenoid set-points can be staged to provide the maximum flexibility. Ideally the first set-point is set at the expected exhaust temperature and the second set-point is set higher to provide additional engine protection. The solenoids will then energize/de-energize during the run to help maintain a flat temperature profile during the run. The trend below demonstrates the impact this system has on the exhaust temperatures. The bottom part of the trend shows when the solenoids are energized. This system helps to take the guesswork out of setting up water injection systems for track conditions. If the track is loose and the engine RPMs run a little higher, temperatures usually raise as well. This system will work with the existing system to keep the temperatures down. 

Propane Injection

When propane is used properly, it will keep your engine cleaner with less carbon buildup and cleaner oil. Propane is a high-octane fuel and burns slower and longer therefore, propane will help diesel burn more thoroughly, increasing power and torque. With propane your engine should last longer, get better fuel economy and have significantly more power.

By fumigating the intake air with propane, there are dramatic increases in power, torque and diesel mileage. By using a dual stage regulator and drawing vapor from the tank, this system creates one of the most user friendly, maintenance free systems available. With this system, exhaust temperatures are only slightly increased and in many cases decreased. This converts to one of the safest horsepower increases on the market. The vapors are drawn from the top of the tank so there is no liquid to vapor converts to worry about, which makes one less problem to have. This system can be adapted on any turbocharged diesel and is easily transferred from vehicle to vehicle. The Propane Kit does not include the tank.
