The BD-Power 1041577 X-Flow Power Intake Elbow w/ Intercooler Pipe is an easy way to improve throttle response on your 05-07 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The smooth, mandrel bends of the intercooler pipe increase flow while the large radius of the bulbous intake plenum holds extra air that increases turbo response and efficiency. The unique manifold design positions the bolts outside of the intake instead of going in the airstream causing additional turbulence. The two convenient ports (one pre-tapped) make it easy to monitor boost and install injectables such as nitrous or water-methanol injection.
